MICROWAVE DUMPLINGS 
Use large, shallow container and fill halfway with chicken stock. Bring it to a boil in microwave. Prepare dumpling batter. While liquid still is at boiling stage, drop batter in stock with large spoon (tablespoon). DO NOT COVER. Put on HIGH for 4 minutes. Turn bowl and return for 3 minutes. Remove and cover dumplings with gravy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
