1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 c. Cool Whip
1 med. can mandarin oranges, drained

Dissolve Jello in hot water and let stand until cools slightly. With mixer add in remaining ingredients. Pour into bowl. Can decorate top with mandarin orange slices if desired.
