BLUEBERRY PIE 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. lemon juice

Mix well in blender. Top with filling of blueberries, or cherries or fruit of your choice.

PASTRY:

1 stick butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 c. flour

Mix with pastry blender and press in pyrex pie pan. Bake until lightly brown. Cool before adding pie filling.
