8 MILKY WAY® bars
2 1/2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. milk
1 c. powdered sugar

Melt 6 MILKY WAY® bars and 1 stick butter; keep warm. Cream 1 stick butter and sugar. Add eggs, beaten well. Add buttermilk alternately with flour sifted with soda, and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Fold in MILKY WAY® mixture. Bake 1 hour and 25 minutes at 300 degrees in tube pan.

FROSTING:

Melt 2 MILKY WAY® bars and 1/2 stick butter. Add milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla and powdered sugar. Can be spread on cake while both are still warm.
