MILKY WAY® CAKE | |
8 MILKY WAY® bars 2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/4 c. buttermilk 1 c. chopped pecans 1/2 lb. butter 4 eggs 2 1/2 c. plain white lily flour, sifted Melt MILKY WAY® and butter together. Sift dry ingredients and mix with other ingredients except nuts. Add to melted mixture. Beat until well blended, then stir in nuts. Makes 3 layers. Bake in moderate oven until done (325 degrees). FROSTING: 2 1/2 c. sugar 1 stick butter 1 c. marshmallow creme 1 c. evaporated milk 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips Combine sugar and milk. Cook until it forms a soft ball in water. Add chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and butter. Beat with mixer until of right consistency to spread. |
