MILKY WAY® CAKE | |
8 (1 3/4 oz.) MILKY WAY® 3 sticks butter 2 1/2 c. flour 1 1/4 c. buttermilk 1 c. pecans, chopped 2 c. sugar 4 eggs, well beaten 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla Powdered sugar Melt MILKY WAY® and 1 stick of butter. Let cool. Cream remaining butter with sugar. Add eggs to cooled mixture. Sift flour and soda together, alternate flour and buttermilk to batter, blending well. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into 3 (9 inch) cake pans, bake 30 to 45 minutes at 325 degrees. ICING: 2 1/2 c. sugar 1 stick butter 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 c. evaporated milk 1 c. marshmallow cream 1 c. pecans, chopped Cook sugar and evaporated milk to a softball stage. Remove from heat, add butter, marshmallow cream and chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Add pecans. spread icing between and on top and sides of cooled cake. |
