8 MILKY WAY® bars
1 c. butter or 2 sticks of butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. nuts, chopped

ICING:

2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. marshmallow creme
1 stick butter

Melt MILKY WAY® bars (cut up) and 1/2 cup butter over very low heat. Set aside. Add soda to buttermilk; set aside. Cream sugar and 1 stick butter. Add eggs, continuing to blend with mixer. Add flour slowly. Add buttermilk at the same time, alternately. Add candy mixture and nuts. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

ICING: Cook sugar and milk to soft ball stage. Add butter, chocolate chips and marshmallow creme, and 1 teaspoon vanilla; stir until it blends.
