MILKY WAY® CAKE | |
8 MILKY WAY® bars 1 stick butter 2 c. sugar 2 sticks butter (or 1 c. Crisco) 4 beaten eggs 2 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/4 c. buttermilk 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. pecans Melt MILKY WAY® bars with 1 stick of butter; cool. Cream sugar with 2 sticks of butter (or Crisco). Add beaten eggs. Sift together flour and soda and add to above sugar and egg mixture alternately with buttermilk. Add to this mixture while stirring the vanilla, MILKY WAY® mixture and pecans. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 4 layers. ICING: 2 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. canned Pet Milk 1 stick butter 1 sm. 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips 1 c. marshmallow creme Cook sugar and milk to soft ball stage, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until melted and spread on cake. |
