CHANTILLY POTATOES 
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. grated Havarti cheese
2 tsp. salt
4 c. mashed potatoes, hot

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Whip cream until stiff. Fold in cheese and salt. Place the mashed potatoes in casserole dish. Spread the cream over the potatoes. Bake uncovered in oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 6.
