2/3 c. fresh whipping cream (no substitutes)
1 tsp. brandy
1 tsp. Grand Mariner
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar or Equal (don't try Sweet & Low)

Beat on medium speed with mixer until peaks form. Overbeating results in butter. Wonderful dip for fresh fruit.
