RECIPE COLLECTION
“RICE CHANTILLY” IS IN:

RICE CHANTILLY 
3 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1 tsp. salt
few dashes ground red pepper
1 cup (4 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese, divided
1 tbsp. butter, softened (for baking dish)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine rice, dairy sour cream, salt, red pepper, and 1/2 cup cheese. Spoon into a buttered, shallow 1-quart baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
