STRAWBERRIES CHANTILLY 
1 1/2 to 2 pts. strawberries
2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. grated sweet cooking chocolate
2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. light rum

Hull berries and arrange in bowl. Whip cream until foamy and barely thickened. Fold in remaining ingredients and chill. Serve as sauce for berries. Makes 6 servings.
