WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. white & wild rice mix, cooked
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. dried, grated onion
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. dried parsley, chopped
1/2 c. milk

Mix together. Put into casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes, covered, and 15 minutes, uncovered. Good with chicken. 6 servings.
