MACADAMIA NUT ICE CREAM 
2 eggs
1 1/8 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. milk
2 c. heavy whipping cream
2 1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. unsalted macadamia nuts, chopped

Beat eggs; add sugar and beat until mixture is stiff. Add remaining ingredients, except nuts, and mix thoroughly.

Pour into ice cream freezer and mix according to directions. When ice cream is almost frozen, add nuts. Freeze in container until frozen. Makes 2 quarts.
