BRAZIL - NUT ICE CREAM PIE 
1 lb. shelled Brazil nuts
3 tbsp. sugar
1 qt. coffee, chocolate or other flavor ice cream

Grind the nuts fine - it should produce 1 1/2 cups of nuts. Mix with sugar. Reserve 1/4 cup of nuts. Press mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Fill the shell with softened ice cream. Sprinkle with remaining nuts. Freeze until firm.
