CHILI CHEESE CUBES 
8 eggs
12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
12 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies

In large bowl, beat eggs 4 to 5 minutes. Stir together dry ingredients. Add to eggs. Mix well. Fold in Jack cheese, cottage cheese and chilies. Pour into a greased baking dish (9 x 9 x 12 inches). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Dish is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into small squares. Insert toothpick for individual serving.
