ONION BUTTERED GRILLED SIRLOIN 
STEAK SAUCE:

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. fresh minced parsley
1/4 c. minced onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3-4 lbs. sirloin steak, 1 1/2-inch-thick cut

Combine sauce ingredients in saucepan and heat (or microwave in glass container) until butter melts; set aside. Slash edges of beef sirloin steak. Broil 3-4 inches from heat for 10-12 minutes on each side (rare) or 14-16 minutes (for medium), brushing frequently with butter mixture.

Steak may also be grilled on gas or charcoal barbecue following manufacturer's instructions. Yield: 6-8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
