OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
2 1/2 lb. broiler, fryer chicken
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. shortening

Lemon pepper
Seasoned pepper
Seasoned salt
Onion powder
Garlic salt

Use in quanties you want, I don't measure.

Heat butter and shortening in oblong pan 13 x 9 x 2 inches in 425 degree oven until melted. Place chicken in paper bag with flour and seasonings. Place coated chicken, skin sides down in pan. Cook uncovered for 30 minutes. Turn chicken, cook uncovered about 30 minutes longer.
