OVEN LEMON CHICKEN 
3 lb. chicken, cut up
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
4 tbsp. butter

LEMON BASTE:

1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme

Coat chicken in flour, salt and paprika mixture. Melt butter in baking dish. Add chicken pieces and coat with butter. Arrange chicken skin-side down in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. While chicken bakes, prepare lemon baste. Mix together remaining ingredients. Turn chicken pieces and spoon lemon baste evenly over them. Bake 30 minutes longer.
