KAY'S CHOPPED CHICKEN LIVERS | |
1 lb. chicken livers 2 tbsp. oil 1 lg. onion, chopped 2 hard boiled eggs 2-3 tbsp. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Saute onion in oil. Add livers (washed and drained); cook until medium brown. Let cool 5 minutes. Add eggs and chop entire mixture fine. Add salt, pepper, and mayonnaise. Mix with fork. Serve on cracker or toast rounds. |
