CHILE RELLENO STRADA 
1 lb. pork sausage (mild)
5 slices white bread, cubed
1 c. diced chile peppers, optional
3/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced, optional
3 c. grated cheese
4 eggs
2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. chile powder
3/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. salt

Prepare the night before serving. Brown and drain sausage. Beat milk and eggs together. Mix all ingredients. Grease pan. Put mixture in pan and refrigerate overnight. Bake approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
