CHILE RELLENOS CASSEROLE 
5 c. grated cheddar and Jack cheese
Sm. can sliced olives
7 oz. chopped green chiles
1 tsp. flour and 4 tbsp. flour
1 sm. can milk
6 eggs, separated (beat whites)

Mix cheese, olives, chiles and flour. Put in oblong pan. Mix flour and milk to egg yolks. Beat whites until stiff add to yolk mix. Pour cheese on top. Bake 350 degrees about 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
