MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
12 oz. cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. Dorito taco flavor chips
A dash garlic salt
A dash chili powder

Boil chicken pieces, then debone it. Crush taco chips and put them in a 9"x13" pan. Put the chicken on top of taco chips. Chop the onion and green pepper and sprinkle it over the chicken. Mix the soups and Rotel tomatoes in a bowl. Sprinkle garlic salt and chili powder in the mix, then pour the soup mix on top. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top of the mixture and bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4 or 5.
