MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel & chili
1 sm. onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 lg. bag of Doritos
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Cook and debone chicken. Cut in bite-size pieces. Mix all ingredients together except Doritos and cheese. In large 3 quart casserole dish layer, starting with Doritos and mixture then cheese until casserole is filled. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbling.
