MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 deboned chicken
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 onion
1 med. size pkg. taco flavored Doritos
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel
1 c. chicken broth

In 9"x13" baking dish, layer chicken, then Doritos and onion. In a saucepan place soups, broth and Rotel. Heat until mixed. Pour over the first layer. Slice Velveeta and place on top. Bake in oven at 325 degrees until cheese is melted and ingredients are hot.
