MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 fryer, cooked, boned and chopped
Taco Dorito chips
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
1 c. cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies

Line casserole with layer of Taco Doritos and pour chicken broth over them to soften. Place chicken on taco chips. Place other ingredients in order listed. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve hot.
