MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 lg. pkg. Dorito nacho cheese chips
4 breasts, boiled & deboned
1 onion, diced, as much as desired
16 cheese slices
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth or from chicken
1/2 can Rotel

Layer chips, chicken, onion and cheese twice. Heat soup, broth, and Rotel to boil then pour over layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
