MEXICAN CHICKEN 
4-6 chicken breasts, cooked & chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 lg. bag Dorito chips
2 c. grated cheese
1 stick butter

Melt butter in large casserole (9"x13"). Put 1/2 bag crushed Doritos in bottom. Place chicken and other ingredients over chips except 1/2 cheese and chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Place rest of cheese and chips on top and return to oven until brown.
