MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts
1 can Ro-tel
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 (7 oz.) bag Doritos
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook chicken breasts and shred. Save 1 cup broth. Heat soups, broth and Ro-tel. In casserole dish layer Doritos, chicken, and soup - twice. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
