1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
9 inch graham cracker pie crust
Favorite topping

In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth; stir in sour cream. Cook at medium 3 1/2 to 4 minutes; stir twice. Cook at medium low, 5-7 minutes or until center is almost set. Chill at least 3 hours. Add favorite topping and serve.
