1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, unbeaten
2 1/4 c. flour

Cream butter and sugar. Add unbeaten egg and flour. Press into sand tart tins and bake approximately 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Watch closely, as they brown fast.
