GRANOLA CRACKERS | |
2 c. rolled oats 3/4 c. whole wheat flour 1/2 c. sunflower seeds 1/4 c. wheat germ 1/4 c. unhulled sesame seeds 1 tsp. salt 3 eggs 3/4 c. oil 1 tbsp. honey Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In another bowl, beat eggs lightly, then add oil and honey, beating to combine. Stir wet mixture into dry mixture, blending thoroughly. Spread mixture on a greased cookie sheet, 15 x 10 inches, pressing dough as thin as possible. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden. Cut immediately into 1 1/2 inch squares, then into triangles, while warm. Remove crackers from pan and cool on a rack. Store in an airtight container. Yield: 5 dozen. |
