TEXAS POTATOES | |
2 lb. frozen hash browns 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of celery 10 oz. grated mild Cheddar cheese 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 pt. sour cream Mix all ingredients together. Put in well greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter or top with more cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 12. |
