2 lbs. frozen hash browns 1 c. chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese 1/2 c. butter 1 pt. sour cream 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. crushed corn flakes Mix hash browns, onion, soup, cheese, salt, pepper and sour cream. Pour into greased 13"x9"x2" pan. Top with corn flakes mixed with 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
