TEXAS POTATOES 
2 lb. shredded hash browns
1/2 c. grated onions
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 stick melted butter

Mix this all up with your hands. Put it into a flat baking dish. In another bowl add 3/4 cup crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter. Place mix over top. These ingredients may vary, it all depends upon your baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
