TEXAS POTATOES 
2 lb. hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. crushed corn flake crumbs
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream

Mix all the ingredients together except the corn flake crumbs. Put in a 9 x 13 inch pan, well greased. Top with the corn flake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
