"HOT" PORK VERDE 
2 lbs. lean pork, cubed
2 lg. tomatoes, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 sm. cans diced Ortega chili
1 or 2 bell peppers (lg.), chopped
4 or 5 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
2 jars LaVictoria salsa green
3 or 4 tomatillo's (optional), chopped

In Dutch oven, brown pork in small amount of oil. Add next 6 ingredients. Cover with water; simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Add 2 jars LaVictoria salsa jalapeno. Serve with flour tortillas, refried beans, grated cheese of choice.

If you like hot & spicy, this is the best.
