STUFFED BEEF ROLLS 
1 1/2 lb. cube steak
Pinch of salt
Pinch of garlic salt
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut in strips
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1 lg. can spaghetti sauce
1 beef bouillon cube
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
3 c. cooked noodles or macaroni

Sprinkle cube steak with salt and garlic salt. I use a little pepper, also. Top with cheese strips. Roll up secure with a toothpick. Brown in 2 tablespoons of oil in skillet. Drain fat. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over meat rolls. Cover; simmer 1 1/2 hours. Thicken juices and serve over hot cooked noodles.
