SIMA 
4 qt. water
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/8 c. white sugar
2 lemons, washed and sliced thin
1/8 tbsp. active dry yeast
1 tbsp. raisins

Heat all ingredients to a boil except yeast and raisins. Add yeast when liquid is cool. Let work 8 to 10 hours. Cap tightly in gallon jug with raisins. When raisins have risen, it is ready to drink. Put it in a cold place. Makes 1 gallon.
