TWICE-BAKED POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes, cut in 1/2 inch lengthwise
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 egg
Evaporated milk
Dash of salt
Dash of garlic salt
Dash of white pepper
Dash of paprika

Bake and remove potato from shell. Add all ingredients except paprika. Beat with mixer, not as fine as mashed potatoes. Spoon baked potato back into shells. Sprinkle with paprika. May reheat and serve (or freeze then reheat for 30 minutes at 375 degrees).
