HERMAN COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix well and set aside.

CAKE:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. Herman
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat well, fold in 1 cup raisins and 1 cup drained crushed fruit or pineapple, or peaches, etc.

Pour into well greased and floured bundt pan. Top with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes until done. Makes 12 servings.
