"IRISH" STROGANOFF 
2 lb. cubed beef
3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. marjoram
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. ketchup
1 pkg. low sodium instant beef broth powder
1 tbsp. bottled horseradish, optional

Combine last 11 ingredients. Sprinkle meat with accent and garlic powder and brown with onions and mushrooms. Put meat mixture in casserole, except mushrooms. Heat combined 11 ingredients and add to meat and onions.

Cover and bake at 325 degrees until meat is tender (about 2 hours). Last 1/2 hour add mushrooms. Thicken as desired with flour and water. Serve over noodles.
