IRISH - ITALIAN SPAGHETTI 
1 med. onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Dash of red pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
8 oz. dry spaghetti

Chop the onion. In a Dutch oven or large frying pan, saute the onion until golden. Add the meat and seasonings; brown lightly. Cover the meat mixture and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the soups; cover and simmer for 45 minutes. While that is simmering, prepare a large kettle of water and boil the spaghetti. If you are making this for a children's meal, you may want to break the dry pasta into two inch sections before cooking it. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the sauce. Mix and serve. Pass the Parmesan cheese. Makes 4-6 servings.
