MARIANNE'S IRISH SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. ground beef
2 onions, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
Minced garlic
Salt and pepper
1 (1 lb.) can whole tomatoes with liquid
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans Marinara sauce
1/2 c. water
Parsley, basil, oregano, bay leaf

Saute onions, green peppers, garlic in oil. Brown meat and season with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, Marinara sauce, and water. Add seasonings. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
