ITALIAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lb. rotini noodles
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 can mushrooms

Brown ground beef, onion and pepper; drain fat. Cook noodles and drain. Mix all ingredients except cheese. Pour into a 9"x13" baking pan and sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
