CREAMY TUNA CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans of tuna
1 sm. box rotini pasta
1 can peas and carrots
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 stick butter

Cook pasta by directions on box. Lightly salt and pepper tuna. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, peas and carrots, pasta and milk. Mix all ingredients together except for bread crumbs and butter and put in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and dot with butter. Cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
