PINEAPPLE ICEBOX PUDDING | |
1/4 c. butter 3/4 c. powdered sugar 1 egg 3 tbsp. cream 1/2 pt. whipping cream 8 oz. can crushed pineapple 18 graham crackers Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and cream; beat well. Add drained pineapple and fold in whipped cream. Roll graham crackers fine. Make layer of crackers, then pudding alternately. Have layer of crackers on top. Chill at least 2 1/2 hours before serving. |
