PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM 
1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1/8 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. evaporated milk (2 - 13 oz. cans)
1 c. boiling water
2 c. cold water

Mix salt, peanut butter, hot water in a bowl. Beat until smooth. Add cold water and milk.

Pour into freezer ice cube trays. Freeze until hard around edges. Remove to bowl and beat again until smooth. Pour back into trays and freeze until ready to serve.
