BAKED LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. oregano
2 c. canned tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste

Brown ground beef. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 45-60 minutes.

Cook a 10-ounce package of lasagna noodles; rinse. Line 10x14 inch pan.

Mix: 2 eggs, beaten 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese

Alternate the beef mixture, noodles, and cheese mixture into pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
