BAKED LASAGNA 
1 lb. lasagna noodles
2 eggs
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

MEAT SAUCE:

1 lg. can tomato puree
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano

Beat together egg and ricotta. Set aside. Saute in onion and garlic. Add meat and brown. Add tomato puree, water, salt, pepper, and oregano. Simmer 45 minutes. Grease baking dish and cover bottom with thin layer of meat sauce. Layer 1/2 of lasagna noodles and cover with meat sauce, Mozzarella, ricotta mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Repeat with remaining noodles, meat sauce, and cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
